Revised Application and Stable Booking Form
Thursday 15 April
CPEC has revised its Application and Stable Booking form for all new and existing clients. Some of the key changes include a new induction package for all CPEC clients; improved security for CPEC clients and their horses; improved procedures for compliance with Animal Health Declaration regulations; and a requirement to provide notice of horse absences in writing to the CPEC Office prior to the horse leaving CPEC.
The revised form is effective for all new CPEC applications and stable bookings from Thursday 1 April 2010 while existing clients have until Friday 30 April 2010 to submit the forms. The new induction package can be accessed by following the link www.cpequestrian.com.au/stabling/admittance_information_and_forms or collected from the CPEC office.
